Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone leads with urgency, professionalism, and confidence
- Qualify homeowners and prospects, uncover motivation, and set high-quality appointments
- Consistently hit and exceed daily call, contact, and revenue goals
- Accurately track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with acquisitions and leadership to ensure a smooth handoff
- Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking
Skills
- Permanent U.S. residency (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
- CRM experience and understanding of structured sales processes
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred, not required)
- Prior sales training is a strong plus
