They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Growth Team to build relationships with real estate agents and drive home inspection referrals.
Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with real estate agents through phone calls and electronic communication
- Identify and work through obstacles that get in the way of a sale
- Drive new business and home inspection referrals through agent relationships
- Schedule and confirm in-person meetings, events, and presentations at real estate offices for our Outside Sales team
- Maintain strong existing partnerships through consistent, professional follow-up
- Attend weekly team meetings and support fellow team members as needed
Skills
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
- A quiet, distraction-free work environment
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience preferred
- Experience working with a remote, distributed team is a plus
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
