- Position: Intake Client Specialist
- Location: Fully remote (must be located in Iowa)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intake Client Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Client Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing incoming documents, creating new clients, and updating existing clients in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming Medical Service Authorizations and medical paperwork to create new clients, update existing clients, and close accounts as needed
- Correspond with Agency Case Managers via email, phone, and State Portal Messaging to resolve action items and gather necessary information
- Troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal business partners, including Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and Compliance
- Provide support to other departments for Intake-related inquiries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Previous data entry experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college experience or equivalent
- Medical Billing terminology knowledge
