Responsibilities
- Identify technical debt and system redundancies to future-proof the enterprise application ecosystem
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and refine IT processes
- Manage user accounts and permissions for secure, timely access to tools
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of end-user support issues
- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures accurately
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience supporting People Operation teams in platform, process, and operations enablement
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Ability to multi-task, coordinate multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
- Knowledge of Linksquares, Navan, and Coupa
- Experience with AI implementation in enterprise applications
- Familiarity with vendor management including renewals and onboarding
- Experience with SaaS tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Okta, and Jira
- Experience managing SaaS systems and optimizing license utilization
