In this role, you will translate commercial priorities into scalable performance strategies that accelerate revenue growth across the Engagement Center, applying expertise in CRM analytics and sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic business partner to Engagement Center leadership (inside sales channel), serving as the client-facing lead for sales analytics and performance reporting, translating insights into clear actionable strategies and execution-focused recommendations that drive measurable sales improvement
- Communicate regularly with clients and sales leadership regarding performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and alignment to program and revenue objectives
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure performance frameworks, KPIs, and execution priorities support brand and sales goals
- Deliver team impact analysis/program ROI; support programs to meet performance expectations/SLA and identify opportunities to improve sales team effectiveness and attainment of program objectives
- Analyze sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities and proactively address performance gaps
- Maintain strong understanding of CRM systems, call center metrics, and commercial sales dynamics to support inside sales execution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience operating within high-performance sales organizations where results are measured by growth, conversion, and revenue impact
- Experience working with CRM (e.g., Veeva/Salesforce), call center metrics, medical/pharmacy claims, and syndicated sales data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony), leveraging BI tools, SQL, advanced Excel, and emerging AI capabilities to generate actionable commercial insights
- Expertise in sales performance analysis, funnel management, KPI definition, and inside sales or sales operations environments
- Expertise in business planning and market analysis, defining program metrics/team management and analyzing CRM data
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial sales teams
- Background in inside sales, sales operations, or commercial excellence roles
