Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives, driving growth and revenue.
- Conduct complex data analysis to uncover insights and trends, identifying opportunities for business improvement.
- Build and maintain data models and pipelines, ensuring seamless data integration and analysis.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive campaign performance and ROI.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights that inform future marketing decisions.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct customer segmentation and profiling, identifying opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to apply statistical methods to solve complex problems.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to create compelling and informative dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from large datasets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data modeling and ETL experience, with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Operationally focused, with a strong reliance on process and standards.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in reporting, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Comfortable working across teams, seeking alignment to help maintain a best-in-class marketing operations framework.
