Role Overview – Virtual Material Damage Claims Specialist (I/II)
As a Virtual Material Damage Claims Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers filing automobile damage claims. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims ranging from minor dents to total loss scenarios, ensuring each policyholder receives a fair, timely, and transparent outcome.
