Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ScaleClients.io is seeking a Meta Media Buyer to help scale AI Automation Agencies and Marketing Agencies through effective paid ads. The role involves managing campaigns, optimizing funnels, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Execute the creation, launch, and scaling of sales call funnels while managing paid ads for high ROI scalability
- Build, optimize, and scale media buying campaigns targeting a 2x+ Day 1 Cash ROAS (excluding AR / contracted revenue)
- Oversee the entire funnel launch process, including idea generation, quality control, internal testing, and daily performance monitoring
- Identify unique opportunities through a deep understanding of client markets
- Compile and analyze marketing, consumer, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions on behalf of our clients
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPM, and CTR to ensure campaigns align with each client's objectives and achieve maximum efficiency (cash in the bank)
- Directly work with each client and lead them to success through daily Slack communication and a weekly 1-on-1 cadence for all clients under management
- Continually have proactive leadership with all clients and never be reactive
- Execute daily + weekly reporting to identify the current biggest constraint for each client and build a plan (with the client) to solve that constraint over the following 7 days
- Ensure all clients have a flawless experience with ScaleClients.io and continually do everything in your power to ensure this outcome at all costs (even if it means working overtime and through the weekend)
- Work with each client across their entire funnel (front-end ads, funnel throughput, show rates, close rates, offer economics, back-end client retention, decreasing churn rate, etc) and develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency/throughput across the board
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience (minimum) as a Meta Media Buyer
- Experience managing at least $5M in total ad spend
- Proven results scaling sales call funnels (ideally VSL funnels) profitably through paid ads
- Strong negotiation skills and successful track record in the media buying space (primarily on Meta)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven obsession
