[Remote] Oracle EDC / Veeva Vault EDC Migration Consultant

They are seeking an experienced Oracle EDC / Veeva Vault EDC Migration Consultant to support the migration of clinical trial data and study configurations from Oracle EDC platforms to Veeva Vault EDC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support migration activities from Oracle Clinical One EDC or Oracle InForm to Veeva Vault EDC
• Analyze source data, perform data mapping, transformation, and migration into Veeva Vault EDC
• Configure and support study builds, CRFs, edit checks, forms, and workflows within Veeva Vault EDC
• Validate migrated clinical data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle
• Develop migration documentation, validation documents, and test scripts
• Troubleshoot migration issues and provide production support during cutover and hypercare
• Ensure compliance with GCP , ICH , 21 CFR Part 11 , and other regulatory standards

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management or EDC implementations
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Clinical One EDC, Oracle InForm, or other Oracle EDC platforms
• Strong experience with Veeva Vault EDC and/or Veeva Vault CDMS
• Experience in clinical data migration, ETL, data mapping, and validation
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
• Knowledge of CDISC, SDTM, and clinical trial data standards
• Experience with UAT, SIT, and Computer System Validation (CSV)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with Veeva Vault CDMS, Vault Study Startup, or Vault CTMS
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or MuleSoft
• Veeva Vault Certification is preferred
• Experience working in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or CRO environments
