This position is heavily commission based and performs outbound calls to potential and current customers to qualify them as sales leads for Patient Advisors. This position will require working closely with the Sales team to ensure accurate and effective quality of sales leads. The position will work a flexible schedule in order to ensure we can reach our patients outside of regular business hours.
Experience in a Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Aesthetics office is a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Able to work a flexible schedule including afternoon / nights (1pm-8pm) weekdays and weekends.
• Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for consultation
• Communicate with prospective patients via phone, text, IM, and email as needed.
• Serve as IMAGELIFT’s professional representative when dealing with customer communications: via phone, email, instant messaging etc.
• Possess strong knowledge of IMAGELIFT products and services to identify customer needs when qualifying them.
• Document each contact event as per company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next appointment or follow up and suggest additional products or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers.
• Be able to establish a positive rapport.
• Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
• Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $480.00 – $1,200.00 per week
