The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of entry level marketing research and CRM experience.
Responsibilities:
• School Lead Research. Approximately 70% of the role will be focused on researching and sourcing leads at schools and populating data into our CRM, Monday.com.
• Research and explore market geographies online.
• Identify key contacts and decision makers.
• Meticulously manage database of school contacts and decision makers.
• Efficiently search for and gather contact information of decision-makers at K-8 public schools.
• Accurately locate and filter relevant information on school and town websites.
• Populate gathered information into Monday.com, our CRM system.
• Ensure data is accurately transferred from websites or PDFs to the CRM.
• Pediatrician and School Print Marketing. Approximately 30% of the role will be focused on assembling and distributing print marketing materials to schools and pediatricians.
• Collaborate with our contract print designers to develop creative and unique marketing materials.
• Coordinate monthly mailings of marketing materials to schools.
• Produce and assemble monthly print marketing package campaigns ranging from one-page mailers to holiday cookie baskets and everything in between (we get pretty creative!).
• Source, order and manage mailing package components.
• Ensure timely delivery, print collateral materials either in-house or via a local print shop, handwrite notes occasionally and manage mailing logistics.
Requirements
• Research Skills: Proficient in internet search techniques. Ability to quickly and accurately find and filter relevant information online.
• Data Collection: Experience with CRM systems, preferably Monday.com or fast learner of equivalent technology platforms is a must. High accuracy in transferring information from various online sources and file formats to a database.
• Print Marketing Material Management: Ability to communicate effectively with print designers and third parties for sourcing various pieces of a large print marketing mailing campaign. Working knowledge of Google Sheets for managing mailings. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Dependable with excellent organizational skills. Desire to spend up to 1 week per month assembling physical mailing packages.
• Work Environment Skills: Proficiency in Slack for team communication. Experience with Google Sheets and Google Docs. Home or office setup that supports efficient fulfillment processes for print mailings. Comfortable with remote work and self-management once given clear direction.
• Minimum of 2 years of equivalent marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You are a lifelong learner.
• Self-starter with tenacity, comfortable working independently, multitasking to meet deadlines & ready to deliver.
• Proficiency with modern technology and a knack for learning new digital systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer care, compassion, and satisfaction, with an obsessive focus on timelines and deliverables.
• An optimistic, upbeat, and resilient attitude, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Possess an innate commitment to honesty and integrity.
• Ability to dial up or down your time commitment to the role which will require an average of 15-20 hours per week but at times may increase based on seasonality.
