Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to our patients, addressing their concerns and helping them navigate our services.
• Assist patients with various administrative tasks, such as applying for loans and scheduling appointments with health coaches.
• Manage testing orders and ensure seamless coordination with our healthcare team.
• Conduct calls with patients via phone and Zoom, delivering compassionate and professional care.
• Respond to text messages and voicemails in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sell and order supplements as needed, ensuring that patients have access to the resources they require.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filling out forms and other duties as required.
• Support health coaching efforts, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
