Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SDI Staffing is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager for an Independent Insurance Agency located in Southern California. The role involves managing the renewal and servicing of a $3 million book of business while building and maintaining client relationships to meet their service expectations.
Responsibilities
- Providing advice
- Processing policy changes
- Remarketing policies, and writing new policies as needed for an existing client
- Policy checking
- Generating new business through networking, cross selling, and referrals
- Maintain professional working relationships with insurance carriers, clients and their representatives, and other departments/personnel within the agency
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience recently working as a PL Account Manager in an independent agency environment
- The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license
- AMS 360 experience is required!
- Must have experience working with Mercury!
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
