AI Fire is a leading provider of fire and life safety services in the U.S. seeking a high-impact Pricing Analyst to drive profitability and strategic consistency across its 53+ districts. The role involves analyzing market data for rate optimization, supporting district-level pricing, and managing pricing logic within ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze diverse market data to recommend rate adjustments that balance our competitive "local feel" with corporate margin expansion goals
- Partner directly with General Managers (GMs) and sales teams to establish and maintain base pricing that accounts for regional labor costs and service complexities
- Play a lead role in configuring and maintaining pricing logic within NetSuite to ensure seamless quote-to-cash transitions
- Build and manage dynamic pricing dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide leadership with real-time insights into price realization and leakage
- Document and share best practices for quoting and pricing adjustments
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics, ideally within a multi-site service industry
- Advanced Excel skills are a must, along with professional experience building visualizations in Power BI or Tableau
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence field leaders and translate financial data into operational strategies
- A self-starter who can make decisions quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required
- Prior experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise-grade pricing systems is highly preferred
