Circet USA is a leading provider of telecommunications and data center infrastructure services in North America, and they are seeking a Process Engineer I. The role involves monitoring and managing incident prevention responsibilities within the Inside Plant environment and performing various analyses and reporting related to customer specifications and project risks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret comprehensive customer specifications, scope of work, and methods of procedure
- Assess how the customer's detailed engineering specifications align with the Co-Pilot program guidelines
- Perform daily Co-Pilot analysis for all new ISP projects nationwide
- Assign Co-Pilot turnbacks and identify the project's risk level rating according to the Co-Pilot program guidelines
- Competent using Microsoft BI tools for data analysis and identifying process improvements
- Reports the Co-Pilot program analysis bi-weekly with management to ensure organizational consistency
- Ability to offer direct and indirect technical support to field personnel and engineering teams
- Maintains a strong understanding of quality and process standards in the telecommunications industry
- Monitor current and emerging equipment types to identify risks relevant to incident prevention
- Carries out additional tasks as requested by the Manager
Skills
- Associate's Degree (A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7 years of field engineering and/or installation in related field
- Strong written and verbal skills with high attention to details
- MS Windows, Excel, Project, Visio, and operations of database programs
- Must be able to operate effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects
