Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product definition and launch of Sitetracker, a capital project management software. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the product meets business needs and managing the product execution cycle.
Responsibilities
- Establish a shared product vision of Sitetracker at Client, helping teams re-imagine their project management processes
- Be the advocate of internal stakeholders (Network, Finance, Accounting, etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors), articulating their needs and informing product requirements
- Design and lead the product roadmap of Sitetracker at Client, balancing solving user problems, addressing business needs, and delivering impact quickly
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product execution cycle to launch Sitetracker at Client and manage product releases
- Manage and negotiate with vendor (Sitetracker) to ensure Client's user/business problems are solved within the set timelines and within the product budgets
- Curate, prioritize, and continuously refine Sitetracker's feature backlog at Client, making sound trade-offs informed by future-state process design
- Partner with the vendor (Sitetracker) and internal teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define, collect, and analyze metrics to inform the success of Sitetracker and course correct
- Evangelize Sitetracker at Client by communicating product benefits and updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with user groups to curate documentation and training materials to ensure they are successful at using Sitetracker
