NetSuite, a part of Oracle, is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead their AI Infrastructure Repair Program Management organization. This role involves managing a team responsible for ensuring fleet availability, operational excellence, and collaborative execution across various functions within Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Program Managers supporting Oracle AI Infrastructure
- Establish execution standards, operating mechanisms, and career development plans for the TPM organization
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for the India TPM organization
- Lead technical program execution across critical Fleet Health initiatives, including:
- Strategic customer fleet health
- Repair operations and governance
- GPU availability programs
- Partner management (NVIDIA, AMD, hardware vendors)
- Spare parts and RMA governance
- Operational readiness
- Metrics and reporting
- Automation and tooling initiatives
- Own the operating rhythm that ensures programs execute predictably and scale with Oracle’s rapidly growing AI Infrastructure
- Partner across Engineering, SRE, Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Product Management, and executive leadership to:
- Remove operational blockers
- Prioritize initiatives
- Resolve escalations
- Improve repair workflows
- Deliver measurable improvements in fleet availability
- Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
- Develop and mature operational mechanisms including:
- Executive Business Reviews
- KPI Reviews
- Weekly Operations Reviews
- Repair Governance
- Customer Health Reviews
- Risk Management
- Escalation Frameworks
- Executive Reporting
- Use data to drive prioritization, decision making, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with engineering teams to improve tooling, reporting, and automation that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Champion AI-assisted operational workflows, scalable dashboards, standardized reporting, and process automation to enable future growth
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience leading large cross-functional technical programs in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or enterprise technology
- 3+ years of people management experience leading Technical Program Managers or similar technical organizations
- Demonstrated success leading complex programs across engineering, operations, and business organizations
- Experience building and scaling operational governance and executive business rhythms
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence senior technical and business leaders without direct authority
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, operational metrics, and executive reporting
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, GPU operations, HPC, or hyperscale platforms
- Experience leading repair operations, fleet management, infrastructure operations, or service reliability programs
- Familiarity with NVIDIA, AMD, GPU lifecycle management, or large-scale hardware deployments
- Experience working closely with Software Engineering, SRE, and Infrastructure Operations teams
- Experience building automation, reporting platforms, telemetry solutions, or operational analytics
- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are a plus
