The Project Manager IV role is responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and overseeing complex projects to meet strategic objectives, while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring effective project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise scale, cross functional projects and programs from initiation through delivery and close out
- Translate executive priorities into clear scopes, timelines, milestones, and governance structures
- Coordinate across Quality, Analytics, Technology, Operations, vendors, and market teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans; proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts
- Provide concise, executive ready status updates, issue escalation, and decision support materials
- Facilitate governance forums, working sessions, and leadership reviews to drive decisions and remove barriers
- Ensure adherence to enterprise project management standards, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to simplify delivery, reduce duplication, and improve execution efficiency across initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects
- Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff
- Proficient with MS-Office applications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Healthcare experience; managed care experience preferred
- PMP certification preferred
