Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Catapultar is seeking a Remote Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress and address any concerns
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high-level client-facing and internal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and attention to detail
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
