Responsibilities
- Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media
- Recruit, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates for for Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Administrative, and other professional-level positions
- Conduct professional reference checks and market exceptional candidates to prospective clients
- Coach candidates through interviews, offers, and career decisions
- Partner with teammates to develop recruiting strategies and celebrate wins together
- Change lives by helping people find careers they'll love while helping businesses grow
Skills
- At least 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
- Must reside in the Greater St. Louis area
