The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and virtual interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
- Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Skills
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience recruiting for multiple industries or high-volume hiring
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with virtual interviewing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
