They are seeking a high-performing Sales Director with a hunter mentality to drive new business growth for asset-based operations in the liquid chemical bulk and fuel markets.
Responsibilities
• Lead new business development efforts in targeted industrial and energy markets
• Sell asset-based transportation and service solutions with a consultative, value-driven approach
• Identify and penetrate new accounts while building long-term customer partnerships
• Collaborate with internal operations and leadership to ensure profitable growth
• Represent the company professionally with customers and at industry events
• Travel as needed to support customer development and closing efforts
Skills
• Proven success in hunter-style sales and closing new business
• Experience selling into liquid chemical bulk, fuel markets, industrial suppliers, or service networks
• Background in asset-based logistics or transportation strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable owning a territory
• Northeast: New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania
• Midwest: Chicago area
• Southeast: Savannah or Jacksonville
