Skills
- 4+ years of experience in backend system design and development, using languages like Python or Kotlin
- Proven track record with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes
- Experience in CI/CD automation and shared developer infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Ability to make significant changes safely in large codebases
- Relevant degree or practical experience
