SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Retail Operations Program Manager to manage day-to-day execution for 3P Retail and Telco repair and maintenance programs. The role involves overseeing external warehouse and service partners, improving processes, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily execution with warehouse agencies and service partners across North America, ensuring quality, timeliness, compliance, and service performance
- Track corrective and preventive actions, non-compliance trends, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
- Convert improvement findings into standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and repeatable workflows
- Drive repair, maintenance, and warehouse process improvements that increase efficiency, space utilization, cost effectiveness, and operational consistency
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to resolve material, shipping, and service escalations
- Collaborate with Physical Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Demo Technology teams, Retail Sales, Finance, Procurement, external agencies, and retail partners
- Support new product introductions, retail refresh initiatives, operational expenditure planning, operational scaling efforts, special projects, and occasional extended operational hours
Skills
- 3+ years of project or program management experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance operations, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL management
- Experience supporting big-box retail environments, retail field operations, or multi-site retail execution
- Strong vendor management experience, including RFPs, SLAs, contracts, scorecards, escalation management, and service reviews
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada based on business requirements
- Availability to work during business hours of either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
- Experience in consumer electronics, technology retail, or related industries
- Six Sigma, PMP, or other process improvement or project management certifications
