They are seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to support AI-centered sales pipeline processes and contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Help redesign sales pipeline processes using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve forecast accuracy
- Build and refine smart apps/dashboards that turn CRM and funnel data into actionable reporting insights
- Support sales territory coverage analysis and mapping as part of next year's GTM planning
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leadership to translate GTM strategy into operational workflows
- Identify and pilot AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, ) to automate recurring RevOps tasks
- Document new processes and contribute to RevOps playbooks for the broader team
Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field)
- Based in or able to commute to Burlington for hybrid on-site days
- Strong interest in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or sales/marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience or strong curiosity about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for process automation and reporting
- Comfortable with Excel and Power BI
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and clear written communication
- Snowflake or basic scripting (Python) a plus
- Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce) and sales territory/coverage concepts is a plus
