They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their US sales organization, focusing on driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the US sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives
- Own strategic enterprise sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closing complex deals
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients
- Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and iterate on processes to maximize efficiency
Skills
- 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud-native, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and scale revenue across diverse enterprise accounts
- Deep understanding of technical infrastructure
- Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals, consistently overachieving targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at executive levels
- Data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance management
- Experience building and leveraging a modern sales tech stack to drive efficiency and accountability
- Ability to travel as required for high-touch client engagements
- Strategic mindset with strong judgment, creativity, and adaptability to changing market conditions
- Experience selling to technical audiences (DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineers)
- Kubernetes preferred
