Company Description LMC | Local Management Company is a fast-growing South Florida startup providing professional property oversight, home watch-style services, residential cleaning, vendor coordination, storm preparation support, and concierge-style home support for homeowners across South Florida. LMC works with absentee owners, snowbirds, seasonal residents, full-time homeowners, and clients who own property in South Florida but are not always local. The company is seeing strong interest across Florida, the U.S., Canada, and international markets, and is now building out its sales and referral team to support continued growth. Role Description The Remote Sales Representative – Real Estate Services role is a flexible commission-based opportunity focused on generating new business and building relationships with potential clients and referral partners. This role may be done part-time or full-time depending on the candidate’s availability and goals. Compensation is commission-based for now, with both upfront and recurring earning potential. For the right person, this opportunity can easily grow into a salaried position as LMC continues to expand. Responsibilities include reaching out to homeowners, realtors, brokerages, condo associations, HOAs, property managers, snowbird communities, and other potential referral sources. The representative will prospect for new leads, follow up with interested contacts, introduce LMC’s services, and help connect qualified prospects with the company. LMC may also provide some leads and target lists, but the candidate should be comfortable prospecting independently and building their own pipeline. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the United States. Florida-based candidates are preferred, but not required. Qualifications • Must be based in the United States • Perfect spoken and written English is required • Spanish, French, or other second languages are a plus • Real estate knowledge is preferred, but a real estate license is not required • Experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, property services, insurance, mortgage, or business development is helpful • Comfortable reaching out to prospects by phone, email, text, social media, or other professional channels • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Comfortable speaking with homeowners, realtors, associations, HOAs, and referral partners • Ability to represent a premium service brand with professionalism and confidence • Interest in joining a growing company at an early stage with strong long-term opportunity This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible hours and no cap on commission-based earnings.
