They are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand their partner ecosystem, focusing on acquiring new partners and growing existing relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Acquire and manage partners within your assigned territory and Ideal Customer Profile
- Drive new partner acquisition through outbound outreach (calls + email) and strategic account development
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets
- Execute ConnectWise’s value-based sales methodology
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Ensure deals meet pricing, margin, and contract standards
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Proven success managing full-cycle sales in a high-volume environment
- Experience selling into or working with MSPs, TSPs, or cybersecurity solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with high autonomy
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High activity mindset (comfortable with 40–50 outbound calls/day)
- Adaptability to evolving technology and partner needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and drive consistent revenue growth
- Experience selling solution-based or value-based offerings
