They are seeking a driven Senior Account Manager responsible for the full lifecycle of accounts, from prospecting new customers to managing freight execution and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through outbound outreach and networking
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of freight opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new business
- Oversee day-to-day management of customer accounts and freight movements
- Coordinate with carriers and internal operations teams to ensure successful load execution
- Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers to maintain strong profit margins
- Provide exceptional customer service and proactive communication
- Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding freight volume
- Monitor market conditions and provide strategic solutions to customers
