They are seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant to support complex project delivery, mentor junior consultants, and manage advanced Salesforce configurations.
Responsibilities
- Support complex delivery items that the team is working on
- Provide mentorship and support for other Salesforce Consultants and Associate Consultants
- Fill different project roles including Lead Consultant, Release Manager, or Automation lead
- Responsible for advanced declarative configuration on Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes and define key success factors
- Focus on Salesforce configuration, client discovery sessions, talent development, and internal team events
Skills
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certified
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certified
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud configuration
- At least 4+ Salesforce Field Service full-cycle projects
- Experience mentoring junior consultants
- Experience gathering requirements from clients
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Advanced Field Service Accreditation
- Experience with 3rd party apps
- Service Cloud Voice experience
- Solution design experience
