They are seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept through construction, overseeing project execution, financial performance, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from early planning through design, construction administration, commissioning, and closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, RFIs, submittals, and overall project delivery
- Coordinate engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct site visits and construction observations while ensuring quality and technical excellence
- Oversee project financials, forecasting, profitability, change orders, and risk management
- Serve as a primary client contact and build long-term client relationships
- Support proposals, presentations, business development efforts, and client engagement activities
- Drive efficiency through the use of project management technology and digital delivery tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of project management experience within engineering, construction, mission-critical, or commercial building environments
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction administration, and project delivery processes
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
- Data center or mission-critical facility experience
- AutoCAD and/or Revit proficiency
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms
- Familiarity with commissioning, testing, startup, and project closeout activities
