The Senior Director of Product Management for Growth will define the growth strategy and build a model that accelerates customer acquisition across new channels.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of products and experiences
- Oversee and develop Product Management organizations while fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer focus
- Build and prioritize product roadmaps using data, user research, experimentation, and business goals
- Partner with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver scalable products and features that improve customer and business outcomes
- Establish and monitor product and operational metrics to measure impact, guide decisions, and improve execution
- Influence organizational priorities, investment decisions, and execution plans across cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Balance long-term strategic investments with rapid delivery to support evolving customer and business needs
Skills
- Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with a minimum of 8 years experience
- Experience managing and developing Product Management teams and senior product leaders through coaching and mentorship
- Experience building, scaling, and operating customer-facing digital products and platforms at scale
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver complex product initiatives
- Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing investments, and aligning execution to business outcomes
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments using data, experimentation, and product judgment to guide decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience presenting strategy, results, and recommendations to executive leadership
