This is a remote-first position, allowing you to contribute impactful insights and solutions from your home office, with occasional travel for client consultations or industry events as needed. You will be at the forefront of modernizing agricultural practices through strategic technological integration. Key Responsibilities Provide expert consultation to farmers on optimizing farm operations and implementing new technologies. Evaluate, recommend, and support the deployment of farm management software, precision agriculture tools, and automation systems. Analyze client farm data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Develop customized implementation plans and training programs for adopted technologies. Troubleshoot technical issues related to farm technology and provide ongoing support to clients. Stay current with advancements in agricultural technology, including AI, IoT, robotics, and data analytics in agriculture. Collaborate with a remote team of agricultural experts, software developers, and support staff. Prepare comprehensive reports on farm assessments, technology recommendations, and project outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their unique operational challenges and goals. Contribute to the development of best practices and case studies for technology adoption in agriculture. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in farm operations management, agricultural consulting, or a technology-focused agricultural role. Proven experience with various farm management software, precision agriculture equipment, and relevant technologies. Strong understanding of agronomic principles and crop production systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with diverse clients. Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships remotely. Proficiency in data analysis and presentation.
