Unanet is seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive successful customer implementations of their product offerings. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver projects while enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting continuous learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Unanet software implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation to support project execution and knowledge sharing
- Communicate project expectations clearly and proactively to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to drive the successful implementation of strategic client project
- Manage and deliver multiple tiers of client implementations and diverse project types, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction
Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience, with proven experience managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations - such as ERP, CRM, or other highly configurable business platforms - including cross-functional planning, data migration, integrations, testing, end-user readiness, and successful go-live execution
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, with the ability to apply best practices across a variety of projects
- Proven track record of developing, executing, and managing detailed implementation plans in collaboration with clients
- Exceptional ability to engage and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and effective stakeholder engagement
- PMP certified, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry-recognized project management principles
- Highly skilled in managing projects of varying complexity and scale, with the capacity to prioritize and deliver multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated growth mindset and strong focus on customer outcomes, with the ability to lead projects in a way that advances adoption, business value, and long-term customer success
- Experience implementing ERP platforms strongly preferred
- Industry-Specific Knowledge GovCon & AEC
- Certified in Change Management or Risk Management through PMI
