Talnt is seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee and drive the recruitment function, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality talent across diverse roles and industries. This leadership position requires expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and guiding a team to achieve hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and maintain high performance
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent, including passive candidates
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and report on progress to leadership
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Manage vendor relationships, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness
- Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition innovations
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience recruiting in specialized industries such as technology, healthcare, or engineering
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices in diversity hiring
- Experience implementing recruitment technology, CRMs, or automation tools to enhance efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships with business leaders and clients
