The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and growing client social media channels, developing strategies, and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing client social media channels
- Developing and executing social media strategies
- Planning content calendars
- Publishing engaging posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Optimizing campaigns for reach and conversion
- Responding to audience interactions to build community and brand loyalty
- Collaborating with designers and content creators
- Aligning social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns
- Staying current with platform updates and best practices
- Regular reporting and presenting insights to internal teams and clients
- Recommending data-driven improvements
Skills
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine multi-platform campaigns
- Managed spend minimums of $10k/mo
- Solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to create effective content calendars and compelling social posts
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present results to clients, and engage with online communities
- Relevant skills such as basic graphic design familiarity, understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), and experience with scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Prior experience managing brand social channels
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work on-site with clients in Nashville, TN
- Must be available M-F 9-1PM
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
