Rancture Labs is looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and problem-solving abilities, with experience in an agile development environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, Product, and DevOps
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or any object-oriented programming language
- Experience with .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar backend frameworks
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage
