They are seeking an ambitious Software Sales Specialist for a 6-month Software Acceleration Program that aims to fast track talent into Software Account Management roles. This program offers hands-on experience in outbound sales and a pathway to advance into Software Account Representative positions based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects
- Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies
- Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics
- Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience
- Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework
Skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of outbound sales experience
- Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels
- Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline
- Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role
- Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations
- A growth mindset and strong coachability
- Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face as you grow your network and unleash sales success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed
- 2+ years of SaaS experience
