Job description: Remote roleOverview:This position will:

• Work alongside project team members to ensure requirements, user stories and testing meet client and team expectations.
• Help support and lead client discovery, client demos and other client and team interactions. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, writing user stories and test criteria, and supporting test and training execution.
• Work closely with all team members, acting as a coach and mentor to more junior resources.
• The ideal candidate should possess BA experience as well as a passion for problem-solving, details and analysis to help teams and clients succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, lead, & facilitate client discovery, workshops & refinement sessions to generate & clarify requirements
• Complete Train the Trainer & Functional Knowledge Transfer activities
• Participate in project teams to support the execution of all project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system and user testing, deployment, training and post go live support
• Effectively translate customer requirements, both functional and technical, into well-organized, documented user stories for team development, including acceptance criteria and design considerations
• Demonstrated experience in using Jira for project management, task tracking, and collaboration within an agile or software development environment
• Effectively translate and communicate customer user stories to other project team participants in order to support team implementation activities
• Facilitate meetings with senior team members, both internally and client facing to ensure detailed requirements and best practices are fully discussed, understood and documented
• Create business process flows, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support, prep and lead sprint demos to showcase build activities to the client and facilitate feedback discussions
• Builds, organizes, grooms and maintains the project backlog, ensuring the backlog is prioritized and aligned to project and team objectives
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure deliverables meet requirements; create and maintain documentation as required
• Support team with testing execution against user stories and test plans against all phases of an engagement, including test scenario execution, testing results documentation and defect tracking and resolution
• Create project documentation as required
• Manage UAT processes with client & team members
• Ability to perform & troubleshoot configuration in permissions, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards & reports, user permissions & other Salesforce components as related to configuration
• Understand & troubleshoot Salesforce flows
• Engage in issue resolution by supporting team members to resolve complex defects or build needs to meet requirements
• Work with a team to solve highly complex system and business process problems
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure outcomes are met
• Produce on-time, quality project deliverables
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment through internal knowledge sharing and skill development
• Ability to engage in multi-cloud, multi-phase, complex engagements for commercial and enterprise level strategic clients
• Support training efforts and document for project deployment

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ Salesforce partner certifications (i.e. sales, service, etc)
• 3+ years experience in a relationship based, customer facing role
• 2+ years as a business analyst/consultant
• Proven success in contributing to and influencing others in a team-oriented environment
• Strong, client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written
• Aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a deadline driven environment
• Experience with Agile project methodology including basics of backlog management, user story definition and components, acceptance criteria and sprint planning
• Understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle and understand the SDLC
• Understanding of cloud technologies and experience in projects on Salesforce platform, including but not limited to: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, Experience Cloud, testing and testing methodologies, data models and data migration processes and technologies
• Familiarity with cloud based, enterprise level packaged applications
