Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead and coordinate finance-focused initiatives as part of a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program. The role serves as a critical liaison to ensure successful delivery of finance process transformation, system implementation, and change management activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance workstream activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee updates, and status reporting
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Ensure alignment between Finance, IT, PMO, and implementation partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and project teams
- Support organizational change management, communications, and end-user readiness efforts
- Drive adoption of new processes and system capabilities
- Managing SI partner and internal teams
- Rescue project that came into a program last minute
- Work through issue resolution
Skills
- Strong project management experience within enterprise ERP implementations, particularly SAP Finance transformations
- Deep understanding of accounting, financial operations, and business process improvement
- Ability to lead finance workstream activities within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Experience facilitating governance meetings, steering committee updates, and status reporting
- Ability to manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Experience ensuring alignment between Finance, IT, PMO, and implementation partners
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders
