Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WA Solutions is redefining how organizations manage and control inventory across distributed operations. They are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate growth by identifying and engaging with new enterprise opportunities in healthcare and field service industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-value enterprise prospects across healthcare, medical, and field service industries
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other modern sales channels
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the enterprise sales team
- Continuously expand and refine prospect lists within strategic accounts
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand operational challenges related to inventory management and logistics
- Introduce prospects to WA Solutions’ platform and communicate the business impact and ROI of our solutions
- Position WA Solutions as a trusted partner for operational efficiency and supply chain visibility
- Collaborate closely with our Sales Leadership to advance opportunities and develop account strategies
- Provide insights from the market, including customer needs, competitive positioning, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline visibility within our CRM
- Stay current on industry trends, product enhancements, and customer use cases
- Represent WA Solutions professionally in customer conversations, virtual events, and industry conferences when needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, supply chain, healthcare operations, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver compelling value messages
- Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team and customer meetings
- Experience selling into healthcare, medical device, logistics, or field service organizations
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles or complex operational solutions
- Background in SaaS, IoT, supply chain technology, or operational technology
