You will provide support through chat, email, or phone, helping customers solve problems and maintain a positive experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with troubleshooting software, network, or device-related issues
• Respond to support inquiries through chat, email, or phone
• Guide users step-by-step to resolve technical problems
• Document customer interactions and solutions clearly
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support if needed
• Follow support procedures and meet quality and response-time targets
• Deliver friendly, patient, and professional customer service at all times

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of computers, software, and internet troubleshooting
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear language
• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Problem-solving mindset and patience when helping users
• Previous tech support experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems
