David Stiff Photography is seeking an assertive, enthusiastic, and seasoned sales closer to join our team!
This permanent, remote, 1099 contractor… position reports directly to the CEO and can be performed from the comfort of home. This is a part-time, hourly role paid at $22/hour plus commission. When goals are met, you have the opportunity to increase your base pay by 50% or more, all while working only 20 hours per week. Your focus is to build relationships with our clients and their families over the phone, masterfully recognize customer needs, all while achieving the highest level of over the phone sales prowess.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
SELLING the portrait session experience unique to David Stiff Photography, specializing in family portraits featuring canine furbabies!
Managing the schedule and selling appointments for photography sessions
Following up on warm leads and building a rapport with customers who have already expressed interest in our services via social media and want to tell us about their dogs.
Apply solid sales skills to understand customers needs and close all sales with integrity.
Achieving daily and weekly targeted goals and KPIs (key performance indicators)
We are looking for individuals that can hit the ground running. Please only apply if you can meet the following criteria. Youll succeed in this role if you possess these qualifications:
10+ years of out bound phone sales history
10+ years of cold calling experience. While there is NO cold calling, a minimum of 10 years experience is necessary, as youll be following up with warm leads and selling our portrait session experience. Timeshare sales experience is also particularly helpful to this role. We are seeking people who LOVE the challenge of phone sales and building rapport with customers.
Accustomed to navigating multiple computer software and applications while on the phone.
Moderate keyboarding and computer skills.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Clear speaking voice
Willingness to incorporate feedback to progressively improve performance
The following technical requirements must be met for this role:
Access to your own computer with a Windows operating system.

A noise canceling headset
A web cam
A color printer
A fast, reliable internet connection that can support VOIP calls.

We are needing to fill a 5 hour afternoon shift from Tuesday-Friday, preferably between the hours of 12pm – 5:30pm CST. We ask that you be available to start within 1-2 weeks of job offer. You will LOVE building relationships with potential clients who ADORE their families and most especially their fur-babies! Top producers have the potential to increase their base salary by 50% or more!
Training: Your first 2 weeks will consist of group training, alongside multiple new hires. Training will be paid at $11/hour, and you are eligible for commission from your first booking. After the first two weeks, the pay rate permanently increases to $22/hour plus commission. Employment consists of continuous training and feedback. Metrics are measured on a daily basis. It is important to meet goals consistently in order to continue with the role.
