About the Role
We're seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote TurboTax Product Experts. As a Product Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing expert guidance on TurboTax products. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TurboTax products, tax laws, and tax concepts to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers, working collaboratively with internal teams as needed.
- Communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, adapting your communication style to meet the needs of diverse customers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and service level goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on product updates, tax law changes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to display empathy and understanding when interacting with customers.
- Intermediate level of knowledge in relevant operating systems and software environments.
- Experience with software troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and determine appropriate courses of action.

Program Details
The program will run from January 13th, 2025 to April 15th, 2025, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. You'll have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule, with operating hours from 8am to midnight EST, Monday to Sunday. During peak periods, you'll have the chance to earn a $5 Turbo Bonus Boost per hour, applicable to all hours worked from April 9th to 15th.
