[Remote] Unifier and Web Services Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. STM Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Unifier and Web Services Administrator for a 2-year remote position. The role requires thorough knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier and various programming languages, with a focus on upgrading existing applications and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade the existing Reservation code from .Net Core 8 to 10
• Work closely with existing staff and other contractors
• Communicate effectively and provide cross training
• Manage priorities and work with deadlines

Skills

• Thorough knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier
• .NET Framework 4.0.0
• ASP.NET (VB.NET)
• .NET Core 8 through 10
• Windows Server versions 2025, 2022, 2019, and 2016
• IIS
• Microsoft SQL required
• A four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or like field
• Seven (7) years or more of direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version: 26 experience is required)
• Seven (7) years or more of direct and specific experience creating applications in multiple programming languages
• Five (5) years or more of direct database design and administration
• Five (5) years or more of experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance decisions
• Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio to include the use of Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7.2
• Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming
• Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), and SQL database
• Proficient with IIS configuration
• Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025
• Advanced knowledge of C#
• Documentation and knowledge transfer experience
• Excellent English-speaking skills, written communication skills, and knowledge transfer skills
• Drupal Content Management System versions 10 and 11, and web application development and the ability to publish web applications via Visual Studio to IIS
• Drupal 10 and 11 CMS knowledge would be a plus
