Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Office of the CIO for a large enterprise organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing complex, workflow-driven enterprise solutions and is comfortable partnering with product, architecture, and engineering teams operating within an AI-assisted development environment.
Responsibilities
- Candidates for this role will be asked to provide a portfolio showcasing at least two end-to-end enterprise, workflow-centric, or data-heavy applications
- This individual will play a key role in designing intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences across a portfolio of internal applications and platforms
- This role will own the end-to-end UX process, from discovery and user research through prototyping, usability testing, and delivery
Skills
- 8+ years of UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design experience supporting web applications, enterprise platforms, or complex business workflows
- Experience designing internal business systems such as ITSM, CRM, ERP, HRIS, administration portals, or operational dashboards
- Strong expertise in interaction design, user journeys, workflow mapping, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams utilizing AI-assisted development or 'vibe coding' tools
- Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, documentation, and design collaboration
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, keyboard navigation, and enterprise UX best practices
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and iterative design improvements
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences
- Experience working within Agile product development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Human-Centered Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience building or extending enterprise design systems
- Experience with FigJam or similar collaboration and journey-mapping tools
- Background supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, workflow automation, or internal employee experience platforms
- Experience designing for data-heavy administrative consoles, dashboards, or operational tools
- Strong understanding of UX heuristics, Gestalt principles, and data-driven design methodologies
