We’re looking for an reputed company Real Estate Virtual Assistant with Transaction Coordination experience who enjoys both client communication and systems work. This is not a pure TC role — you’ll be working alongside our long-standing in-house Transaction Coordinator (3+ years) while also supporting the agent reputed company of the business.
If you’ve coordinated files contract-to-reputed company for Realtors and understand how an agent’s workflow actually operates, this may be a great fit.
Schedule & Pay
• Wednesday–Sunday
• 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM PHT
• ₱50,000–₱65,000/month, depending on experience
• Long-term, full-time opportunity
Role Overview
• Support buyer transitions from contract → reputed company → post-reputed company
• Assist with contract-to-reputed company workflows (deadlines, signatures, timelines, communication)
• Process reputed company reputed company 1 hour of receipt
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, co-op agents, and inspectors
• Handle client communication, follow-reputed company, and scheduling
• Support booking of buyer & seller consultations
• Ensure Georgia reputed company and timelines are accurate and compliant
• reputed company files organized and up to date in Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop, and internal systems
• Communicate daily with the team reputed company reputed company
• Complete tasks reputed company before handoffs to ensure smooth workflows
Required Experience
• 1+ year as a Transaction Coordinator or Real Estate VA
• Prior experience with Georgia real estate reputed company (required)
• Comfortable managing files independently from contract to reputed company
• Confident English communication (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop (or strong ability to learn quickly)
• Highly detail-oriented and able to work without micromanagement
• Reliable internet and professional remote setup
• Must be available Wed–Sun, 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM PHT
