As the VP of Client Services, you will lead a world-class team to manage complex client portfolios and drive growth through innovative strategies and collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary liaison for senior client leads, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistently delivering value through strategic insights and helping them understand and navigate the ever-evolving social landscape
• Lead the development of creative, high-impact campaigns that integrate influencer and social media strategies with overarching marketing objectives
• Drive client growth by identifying opportunities to expand relationships, solve complex challenges, and deliver measurable results
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Group Leads and Account Directors, empowering them to manage large-scale, global accounts with confidence
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of strategy, creative, media, and technology
• Oversee onboarding, strategic planning, and campaign execution for complex, multifaceted accounts with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
• Partner with Group Leads to navigate the intricacies of working with large-scale clients, driving operational efficiency and exceptional client satisfaction
• Guide the team in developing measurement frameworks to track performance and ensure accountability for results
• Ensure accurate forecasting and financial tracking for assigned accounts, proactively addressing variances and maximizing profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resources and staffing while delivering on key milestones and deadlines
• Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations for existing and prospective clients, showcasing Viral Nation’s expertise and innovation
Skills
• 10+ years of client services leadership, ideally within a media, digital, or social agency environment
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex client accounts, or similar high-growth, Fortune 500 companies. Managing budgets of anywhere from $5M-$30M+
• Deep understanding of social media marketing, with a strong foundation in influencer marketing and its integration into broader digital strategies
• Demonstrated success in driving innovation, managing complexity, and scaling operations for high-profile brands
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a passion for inspiring and mentoring high-performing teams
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to craft and execute innovative solutions for multifaceted business challenges
• Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, with a client-first mindset
• Certifications: Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, or Google Analytics are a plus
