Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance its operations and services. They are seeking a Workday Time Tracking Consultant to lead the Time Tracking work stream, advise clients on best practices, and configure the Workday system to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Support or Lead the Time Tracking work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
- Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure)
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping
- Configure and test the Workday system
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
Skills
- Existing and up to date Workday Time Tracking Certification or experience implementing Time Tracking Module
- 2+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- 1 Full lifecycle Workday Implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum
- Experience in Federal Payroll/Time Tracking
- 2+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer
- Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment
- Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands
