Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions, and they are seeking a Workplace Strategy Program Manager for a 9-month remote contract. The role involves developing global workplace strategies, managing programs from inception to rollout, and collaborating with various teams to enhance workplace experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and author a comprehensive global Workplace Strategy Playbook outlining standard operating procedures, tech-stack workflows, and governance rules
- Lead end-to-end program management from concept development through execution and global rollout
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across Workplace Experience, Administrative Assistants, Internal Event Planners, Corporate Security, and IT/AV teams to inform program design
- Build and maintain a stakeholder matrix to ensure alignment, accountability, and clear communication across functions
- Audit current workplace technologies and software tools to assess utilization, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Create end-to-end user journey maps that capture all digital and physical workplace touchpoints
- Translate insights into scalable frameworks that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Develop training materials, guides, and documentation to support program adoption
- Lead hands-on training sessions and alignment workshops for Workplace Managers and Coordinators
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workplace systems, tools, and processes
- Establish governance models and performance metrics to measure program success and continuous improvement
Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, program management, operations, or related field
- Proven experience developing playbooks, frameworks, or operational guides and taking them through full program launch
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with corporate functions such as Workplace Experience, IT, Security, and Operations
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to audit and optimize workplace technologies and digital tools
- Expertise in creating user journey maps across both physical and digital environments
- Experience developing and delivering training programs and facilitating workshops
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-phase programs in a fast-paced environment
- Global experience or experience supporting distributed teams
